The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Perivaldo Donatello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alberto Fernandes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Arnaldo Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Itapeacu's Perivaldo Donatello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Paulo França made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Zé Pedro Lucas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wesley de Sena went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Massa got free with Zé Pedro Lucas in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute of the match Luiz Fábio Saraiva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Paulo França skillfully saved the ball. In the 93rd minute Alberto Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Paulo França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Zé Pedro Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Black Dragons's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Itapeacu had won, even though Black Dragons had held more of the ball.
