After 11 minutes of play, UNIDOS DA VILA FC's Lúcio Dias made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tião Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the game, Beto Peixoto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tião Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Magno Sá's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Umberto Trigo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 梅朗希 in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tião Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Itapaoa's zone, 梅朗希 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tião Cunha came out of the goal and 梅朗希 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Wilian Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lúcio Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tião Cunha came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by UNIDOS DA VILA FC's 梅朗希. But to his dismay, 梅朗希 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 梅朗希 was the one to do the kick off. Magno Sá's late challenge caught a UNIDOS DA VILA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magno Sá helped the player get up and apologised. Magno Sá hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Wesley Garcia hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. UNIDOS DA VILA FC's Umberto Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Sá in the 65th minute of play. Itapaoa's Tião Cunha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Itapaoa from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in UNIDOS DA VILA FC's zone, Magno Sá stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Umberto Trigo came out of the goal and Magno Sá tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, 梅朗希 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tião Cunha. The goal made the score 0-5. 77 minutes into the match, Lúcio Dias notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Itapaoa's Tião Cunha. Tião Cunha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute, UNIDOS DA VILA FC's 梅朗希 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tião Cunha. Tião Cunha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Itapaoa's Magno Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Magno Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Itapaoa getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Válbson Guimarães hit a great ball. The Itapaoa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. UNIDOS DA VILA FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
