Zézinho Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Esteira's Zézinho Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Amorim in the 20th minute of play. Roberto Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Luís Gustavo Medeiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esteira. If Cafu Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Mauro Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Eduardo Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Esteira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ImAgInE DrAgOns the free kick. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Esteira! Cafu Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cafu Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Soares having to interfere. The supporters of ImAgInE DrAgOns booed when Esteira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilian Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zézinho Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Amorim in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Esteira's Roberto Teixeira got a free kick in the 69th minute. Cafu Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Zézinho Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
