Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luisinho Bastos started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Luisinho Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Contao SC's zone, Luisinho Bastos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdomiro Valadares came out of the goal and Luisinho Bastos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Raphael Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Cearense charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gil Cearense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gil Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Duarte Schmidt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusébio da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Duarte Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio da Silveira having to interfere. Contao SC's Carlinhos de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlinhos de Amaral received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eusébio da Silveira came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlinhos de Amaral slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Rubineia FC's Eusébio da Silveira got control of the ball when Duarte Schmidt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duarte Schmidt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusébio da Silveira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. If Duarte Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Carlinhos de Amaral made the kick off in the second half. Duarte Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Eusébio da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlinhos de Amaral's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlinhos de Amaral in the 59th minute of play forced Rubineia FC's goalkeeper Eusébio da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdomiro Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Bastos in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 played minutes Rubineia FC got a freekick which was hit by Cauan Peres. Contao SC's Valdomiro Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Bastos in the 69th minute of play. Eusébio da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlinhos de Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duarte Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Eusébio da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlinhos de Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio da Silveira having to interfere. Duarte Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Valdomiro Valadares made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Luisinho Bastos sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Duarte Schmidt notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Rubineia FC's Eusébio da Silveira. Eusébio da Silveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 96 minutes into the match, Carlinhos de Amaral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eusébio da Silveira. Rubineia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlinhos de Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Contao SC had played much better football throughout.
