Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Sílvio Luís Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Guapiacu EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Luís Baptista couldn't finish the play. If Agnaldo Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 9 played minutes Vaccaria EC got a freekick which was hit by Renan Hermes. Agnaldo Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Eduardo Tepedino having to interfere. Luís Eduardo Tepedino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Maia in the 19th minute of the match. If Sílvio Luís Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agnaldo Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Luís Eduardo Tepedino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Eduardo Tepedino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agnaldo Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guapiacu EC's Gualter Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Dracena in the 30th minute of play. Andrézinho Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualter Damião having to interfere. Bruno Mota lost his temper 34 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 34th minute, one of Vaccaria EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vaccaria EC. Luís Eduardo Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agnaldo Maia in the 39th minute of play. When Guapiacu EC's Agnaldo Maia in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vaccaria EC's goalie prevented a goal. Sílvio Luís Baptistas short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Luís Eduardo Tepedino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrézinho Dracena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Sílvio Luís Baptista made a precise shot to the right of Luís Eduardo Tepedino. Vaccaria EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Luís Eduardo Tepedino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vinícius Berger went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After 65 minutes, Vinícius Berger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guapiacu EC and the Vaccaria EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vinícius Berger hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luís Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Eduardo Tepedino having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Sílvio Luís Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guapiacu EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sílvio Luís Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Eduardo Tepedino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Guapiacu EC booed when Vaccaria EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Guapiacu EC's José Pedro Recife tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Vaccaria EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Neves to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Guapiacu EC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Júnior Donatello hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Agnaldo Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaccaria EC's Luís Eduardo Tepedino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnaldo Maia in the 90th minute of play. Luís Eduardo Tepedino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Maia in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, José Pedro Recife sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Vaccaria EC's Luís Eduardo Tepedino didn't even have to move. Guapiacu EC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
