Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bruninho Camargo kicked off to start the match. Júlio Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Alan Baptista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4 minutes into the game, Adrianopolis EC's Matheus Antunes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alan Baptista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 6th match minute, Evangelion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Serginho Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe Recife having to interfere. Washington Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe Recife having to interfere. Sandro Almeida hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Alan Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guto Novaes in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Washington Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Recife saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruninho Camargo in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fellipe Recife prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alan Baptista made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Júlio Paulista sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Evangelion booed when Adrianopolis EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olívio de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruninho Camargo took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fellipe Recife. Fellipe Recife dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Serginho Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Evangelion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serginho Duarte couldn't finish the play. Alan Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guto Novaes in the 44th minute of play. Júlio Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The supporters of Adrianopolis EC booed when Evangelion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute of the match João Paulo Branco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alan Baptista skillfully saved the ball. Alan Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matheus Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alan Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guto Novaes in the 61st minute of the match. Washington Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fellipe Recife showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Duarte in the 68th minute of the match. Alan Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan da Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Leonardo Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrianopolis EC's Fellipe Recife proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Adrianopolis EC from getting a goal against them. If Júlio Paulista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evangelion's Glauco Salles was substituted for Washington Rodrigues. Alan Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan da Mata in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Evangelion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Vargas to maneuver through the defense. When Severino Dias fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Adrianopolis EC's protests and gave Severino Dias a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Adrianopolis EC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Severino Dias hit a great ball. Bruninho Camargo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bruninho Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Evangelion's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruninho Camargo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fellipe Recife breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olívio de Almeida hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the game, Júlio Paulista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Alan Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Adrianopolis EC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
