When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Washington Zonta made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Oswaldo Schmidt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jorge Araújo. That made the score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. Jorge Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amílton Alves in the 59th minute of the match. Silvério Vidal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Oswaldo Schmidt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Araújo, 0-5. 74 minutes into the game, Oswaldo Schmidt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Araújo. Oswaldo Schmidt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Amílton Alves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Jorge Araújo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Alves in the 80th minute of play forced VAGRADA's goalkeeper Jorge Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Augusto de Azevedo during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
