Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cipriano Nogueira took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luizinho Reis in the 6th minute of play forced Vasco F.C's goalkeeper Ediberto Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Luizinho Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ediberto Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Haroldo Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Vasco F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Amorim couldn't finish the play. Cipriano Nogueira might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olavo Paraibano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Nogueira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17th minute, Matheus Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ediberto Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Arantes in the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cipriano Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olavo Paraibano was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Haroldo Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Paraibano having to interfere. Cipriano Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Haroldo Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Olavo Paraibano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cipriano Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olavo Paraibano was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The Vasco F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clube de Regatas Bazuka were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luizinho Reis was the one to do the kick off. When Vasco F.C's Cipriano Nogueira in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Clube de Regatas Bazuka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vasco F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, Clube de Regatas Bazuka's Guga Hoffmann got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Clube de Regatas Bazuka's zone, Cipriano Nogueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olavo Paraibano came out of the goal and Cipriano Nogueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ediberto Donato made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Igor Arantes sent off a good shot on target. After 73 minutes of play, Clube de Regatas Bazuka's Igor Arantes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ediberto Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olavo Paraibano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cipriano Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Cipriano Nogueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olavo Paraibano. Clube de Regatas Bazuka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cipriano Nogueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 90 minutes into the game, Igor Arantes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Ediberto Donato was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Igor Arantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ediberto Donato was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The Vasco F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Clube de Regatas Bazuka's performance. The match ended with a win for Clube de Regatas Bazuka.
