The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 40th minute, one of UMBRELLA FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UMBRELLA FC. Pedrinho de Almeida went to the wrong direction when Guto Veloso was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 42nd match minute, Dilo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eger to maneuver through the defense. William Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, Dilo FC's Silvério Salgado made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedrinho de Almeida was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celso Leme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rafael Proença might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Emre Özdurdu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafael Proença ran back to his position shaking his head. Digo Paraíba was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Chico Santana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrinho de Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 66th minute Bruno Zilles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute Rafael Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Emre Özdurdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedrinho de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvério Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. William Ferreira hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match.
