The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cauan Amorim to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Adolfo Perez in the 53rd minute of play forced Timburai SS's goalkeeper Nando Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When João Paulo Secco came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Glyceria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Paulo Secco couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 2-4 when João Paulo Secco sped through Timburai SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nando Alcântara. In the 94th match minute, Timburai SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Santana to maneuver through the defense.
