Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Augusto Cardoso took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bacabalzinho's Erivaldo Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Cunha in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Augusto Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bacabalzinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Cardoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Túlio Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erivaldo Severo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Prado in the 14th minute of the match. Dorian Dracena took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Túlio Senna. Túlio Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 30th match minute, Simonsen AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Cardoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Túlio Senna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Cardoso ran back to his position shaking his head. Dorian Dracenas short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Túlio Senna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dorian Dracena did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Túlio Senna 39 minutes into the match. Túlio Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinícius Cunha made a kick off. Túlio Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Dorian Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Túlio Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Cardoso in the 54th minute of play forced Simonsen AD's goalkeeper Túlio Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Cardoso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Túlio Senna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Bacabalzinho's Dorian Dracena got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Túlio Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Túlio Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Cardoso in the 63rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Augusto Cardoso sped through Simonsen AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Túlio Senna. The supporters of Simonsen AD booed when Bacabalzinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugênio Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Túlio Senna having to interfere. Raúl Esteves hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinícius Cunha in the 80th minute of play forced Bacabalzinho's goalkeeper Erivaldo Severo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorian Dracena scored 4-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Túlio Senna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Raúl Esteves's late challenge caught a Simonsen AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raúl Esteves helped the player get up and apologised. Dorian Dracena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Túlio Senna having to make a save. Túlio Senna came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Bacabalzinho's Augusto Cardoso. But to his dismay, Augusto Cardoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Augusto Cardoso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Túlio Senna having to make a save. 96 minutes into the game, Bacabalzinho's Dorian Dracena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Túlio Senna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Bacabalzinho's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
