Lucas Trancoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TheStrongest's Lauro Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Lira in the 9th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Linhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Luiz Fábio Linhares managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when TheStrongest's Ezequiel Jacinto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucas Trancoso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Fábio Linhares. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. In the 24th minute Jairo Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Fábio Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute Germano Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lauro Penha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Bastos in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Ezequiel Jacinto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TheStrongest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Ezequiel Jacinto put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luiz Fábio Linhares. Luiz Fábio Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Trancoso in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Valdomiro Lira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imburo AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TheStrongest the free kick. A collision led to Imburo AD getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Valdomiro Lira hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucas Trancoso to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, TheStrongest's Ezequiel Jacinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fábio Linhares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. TheStrongest's Lauro Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Lira in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Ezequiel Jacinto made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fábio Linhares. Imburo AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When Ezequiel Jacinto came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the TheStrongest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Jacinto couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, João Machado made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fábio Linhares. Imburo AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. If Lucas Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Imburo AD getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Samuel Arce hit a great ball. After 77 minutes, Lucas Trancoso made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Imburo AD's Luiz Fábio Linhares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas Trancoso struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Luiz Fábio Linhares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TheStrongest. Lauro Penha made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Virgílio Bastos sent off a good shot on target. Imburo AD's Luiz Fábio Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Jacinto in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the game, Germano Lira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lauro Penha. Germano Lira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-1.
