Spectators: 6665 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chicão Brito kicked off to start the match. Caibe SC's Luís Fábio Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Correia in the 5th minute of play. Cássio Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Fábio Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Almeida in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Marcel Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caibe SC's Luís Fábio Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vitório Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Paranaense in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Matías Breckenfeld cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Luís Fábio Tasso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. João Francisco Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Vicente Paranaense took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Vitório Almeida to make any attempt to save it. Chicão Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fábio Tasso having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Ipixuna's Marcel Rocha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Fábio Tasso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Caibe SC's Luís Fábio Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Almeida in the 29th minute of play. Luís Fábio Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Esteves in the 31st minute of play. Marcel Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chicão Brito took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Fábio Tasso. Luís Fábio Tasso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Virgílio Trancoso took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Fábio Tasso. Luís Fábio Tasso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

Chicão Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Luís Fábio Tasso managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Ipixuna's Chicão Brito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Caibe SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Marcel Rocha scored to the left of an out of position Luís Fábio Tasso, making the score, 1-5. Marcel Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmundo Coelho hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chicão Brito in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Fábio Tasso saved Caibe SC from getting behind. When Sidnei Hoffmann fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caibe SC's protests and gave Sidnei Hoffmann a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Caibe SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. Ipixuna's Matías Breckenfeld shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Luís Fábio Tasso but with some difficulty. Chicão Brito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luís Fábio Tasso came out and tried to block the shot, but Chicão Brito slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 69th minute. Chicão Britos short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Luís Fábio Tasso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Caibe SC's Luís Fábio Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Breckenfeld in the 79th minute of play. Vicente Paranaense hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Chicão Brito took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Luís Fábio Tasso to make any attempt to save it. Caibe SC's Luís Fábio Tasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Caibe SC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Caibe SC's Sidnei Hoffmann got a free kick in the 90th minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Marcel Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ipixuna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ipixuna played a much better game than Caibe SC and deserved their victory. The Caibe SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
