Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chicão Brito took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Ipixuna booed when Fabuloso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernani Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Chicão Brito dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Betão Ramalho, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Chicão Brito took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Betão Ramalho to make any attempt to save it. Matías Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Ramalho having to interfere. Virgílio Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Fabuloso FC booed when Ipixuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustão Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matías Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Betão Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio Trancoso in the 33rd minute of play forced Fabuloso FC's goalkeeper Betão Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabuloso FC's Betão Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chicão Brito in the 37th minute of play. When Cássio Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Ipixuna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cássio Almeida couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Ipixuna's Betão Ramalho threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matías Breckenfeld, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 40 minutes into the game, Faustão Mota recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Betão Ramalho. Faustão Mota showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Vitório Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio de Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faustão Mota hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

In the 53rd match minute, Fabuloso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Maria do Vale to maneuver through the defense. Chicão Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Ramalho having to interfere. Virgílio Trancoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Betão Ramalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Virgílio Trancoso ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the match, Chicão Brito notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Fabuloso FC's Betão Ramalho. Betão Ramalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Fabuloso FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Wesley Sampaio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Almeida in the 68th minute of play forced Fabuloso FC's goalkeeper Betão Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Betão Ramalho came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ipixuna's Chicão Brito. But to his dismay, Chicão Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chicão Brito in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Ramalho saved Fabuloso FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio de Queiroz in the 77th minute of play forced Ipixuna's goalkeeper Vitório Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fabuloso FC's goalkeeper Betão Ramalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Virgílio Trancoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chicão Brito took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão Ramalho. Betão Ramalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 87th minute of the match Oséas Hermes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Betão Ramalho skillfully saved the ball. Chicão Brito struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Betão Ramalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ipixuna. After having played for 90 minutes, Virgílio Trancoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ipixuna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgílio Trancoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ipixuna's Chicão Brito in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fabuloso FC's goalie prevented a goal. Virgílio Trancoso took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão Ramalho. Betão Ramalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. There was no doubt that Ipixuna were the better team. Ipixuna's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
