Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Mendes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Carlos Augusto Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Mendes in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Kléberson Teles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carlos Augusto Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Ibipetuba's zone, Fábio Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Augusto Amorim came out of the goal and Fábio Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Carlos Augusto Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Téo Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Koehler, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Fábio Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Carlos Augusto Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fábio Lara struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Carlos Augusto Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Irapoa. When Fábio Lara came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Irapoa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fábio Lara couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the match, Ibipetuba's goal looked a bit too open when Donatello Pimenta came free, but Carlos Augusto Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ibipetuba's Lino Koehler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Téo Marinho. That made the score 1-1 after 33 minutes of play. In the 39th minute, Felippe Martins fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Téo Marinho, passed just outside the right post. When Fábio Lara came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Irapoa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fábio Lara couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Augusto Amorim having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Koehler to make the kick off. Carlos Augusto Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fábio Lara in the 58th minute. Téo Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felippe Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Fábio Lara came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Irapoa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fábio Lara couldn't finish the play. Lino Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Felippe Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 79 minutes, Dennis Stor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Irapoa and the Ibipetuba players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ibipetuba booed when Irapoa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Stor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 minutes, Donatello Pimenta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Irapoa and the Ibipetuba players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Irapoa getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Donatello Pimenta hit a great ball. Téo Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felippe Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Irapoa were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ibipetuba to leave the ground with a draw.
