Spectators: 5673 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bernardo Xavier kicked off to start the match. Bernardo Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wesley Vergílio having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Fridolin Gregoire kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wesley Vergílio. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 25th minute, Bernardo Xavier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fridolin Gregoire got free with Wesley Vergílio in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernardo Xavier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Wesley Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fridolin Gregoire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wesley Vergílio having to interfere. A collision led to Red Bull FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Nilmar de Alcântara hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Bernardo Xavier reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wesley Vergílio. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 50th minute Deivid Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubens Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Telmo Duarte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fridolin Gregoire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Red Bull FC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Red Bull FC's Bernardo Xavier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Wesley Vergílio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fridolin Gregoire's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Deivid Neiva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Rubens Miranda skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 69 played minutes Papagaio got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Prado. In the 70th minute Fridolin Gregoire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wesley Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bernardo Xavier came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Red Bull FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Xavier couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deivid Neiva got free with Rubens Miranda in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82ndth minute of the game Bernardo Xavier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Papagaio's Wesley Vergílio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Fridolin Gregoire notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Papagaio's Wesley Vergílio. Wesley Vergílio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Papagaio's Telmo Duarte in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Red Bull FC's goalie prevented a goal. Red Bull FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
