Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Claudinei Velasco made the kick off which started today's match. Jorginho Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Alfredinho Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorginho Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alfredinho Barral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romário de Castro in the 14th minute. Arlindo Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredinho Barral came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Rondon do Pará's Jorginho Nunes. But to his dismay, Jorginho Nunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 34th minute, Samuca Paranaense reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredinho Barral. The goal made the score 3-0. Alfredinho Barral was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Jorginho Nunes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jorginho Nunes really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorginho Nunes to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorginho Nunes in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredinho Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Jorginho Nunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Arraias SS's Olavo Andrade got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Alberto Matorin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredinho Barral skillfully saved the ball. Alfredinho Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorginho Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With his leg Raí Galvão managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Arraias SS's Cícero Azevedo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alfredinho Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorginho Nunes in the 81st minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Jorginho Nunes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredinho Barral was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. If Jorginho Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rondon do Pará had played much better football throughout.
