Zeca Pinho didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Real Caobianco's Claudinho Almeida shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 7 minutes into the match, Claudinho Almeida notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ARAGUAINA FC's Zeca Pinho. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARAGUAINA FC's goalkeeper Zeca Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 22 minutes of play, Real Caobianco's Claudinho Almeida made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeca Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aílton Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeca Pinho having to interfere. Zeca Pinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinho Almeida in the 33rd minute. After 33 played minutes ARAGUAINA FC got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Correia. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernandão Lopes during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ARAGUAINA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! In the 37th minute, the referee gave Real Caobianco a penalty. Claudinho Almeida looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Zeca Pinho. Zeca Pinho was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Claudinho Almeida capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Claudinho Almeida really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Claudinho Almeida in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zeca Pinho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Claudinho Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Márcio Correia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aílton Valadares might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeca Pinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aílton Valadares ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in ARAGUAINA FC's zone, Aílton Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeca Pinho came out of the goal and Aílton Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinho Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Juninho Gaspar notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of ARAGUAINA FC's Zeca Pinho. Zeca Pinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aílton Valadares struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Zeca Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Caobianco. Claudinho Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeca Pinho having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Almeida in the 80th minute of play forced ARAGUAINA FC's goalkeeper Zeca Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Márcio Correia hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Aílton Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeca Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ARAGUAINA FC's Zeca Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aílton Valadares in the 84th minute of play. Zeca Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Real Caobianco booed when ARAGUAINA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aílton Valadares came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Real Caobianco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aílton Valadares couldn't finish the play. Claudinho Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeca Pinho having to interfere.
