Romário Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex Amaral scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armando Maranhense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 14 minutes, Eduardo de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coxilha AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo de Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Alex Amaral made a precise shot to the right of Armando Maranhense. Foco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some careless play in the Foco FC defense, Victor Rossi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Maranhense. The Foco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Maranhense should have stopped the shot. Gualter Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Fantini in the 26th minute of play. When %teams%'s Romário Fantini was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-3 just inside the left pole, 28 minutes into the game. Gualter Cerezo was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Wilian Cardozo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Ediberto Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romário Fantini made a kick off. Romário Fantini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualter Cerezo having to interfere. Gualter Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco da Fonseca in the 54th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Coxilha AD's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto Seco came free, but Gualter Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coxilha AD's Vito Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Vito Camargo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73rd play minutes Victor Rossi shot 1-6, a short shot which went by Armando Maranhense and just under the crossbar into goal. Wilton Furlan charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilton Furlan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Foco FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! Victor Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gualter Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Fantini in the 87th minute of the match. Coxilha AD's Gualter Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário Fantini in the 87th minute of play. Gualter Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ediberto Seco in the 88th minute of play. When Foco FC's Ediberto Seco in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coxilha AD's goalie prevented a goal.
