Norberto de Amaral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Norberto de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louis Titmuss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-2 became the score in the 16th minute when Raimundo de Queirós elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Brancos FC's Norberto de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Titmuss in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Louis Titmuss managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unidos de SSGRAMA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Louis Titmuss was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto de Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucjan Bazan was a little too slow when Abel Silva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-2. Louis Titmuss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Evandro Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Louis Titmuss cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Norberto de Amaral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Brancos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unidos de SSGRAMA FC were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Louis Titmuss to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Hílton Jacinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Vargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Louis Titmuss managed to get in a good position for a shot. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norberto de Amaral stood somewhat misplaced when Louis Titmuss came free in front of goal and shot 2-5 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Brancos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Louis Titmuss scored to the left of an out of position Norberto de Amaral, making the score, 2-6. Unidos de SSGRAMA FC's Louis Titmuss got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evandro Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Norberto de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Unidos de SSGRAMA FC's Louis Titmuss ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Norberto de Amaral. Norberto de Amaral yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-7. Unidos de SSGRAMA FC's Enrique Batista was substituted for Cristiano Paiva. Unidos de SSGRAMA FC's Geovânio Quadros was substituted for Cícero Queiroz. After 81st play minutes Louis Titmuss shot 2-8, a short shot which went by Norberto de Amaral and just under the crossbar into goal. Unidos de SSGRAMA FC made a substitution.
