Yan Vale was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Augusto Jacinto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Pedro Augusto Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Augusto Jacinto in the 12th minute of play forced CADAVERIA's goalkeeper Yan Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Valdir Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Fernando Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Augusto Jacinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yan Vale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Augusto Jacinto ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, CADAVERIA's Yan Vale got control of the ball when Luiz Fernando Lira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Pedro Augusto Jacinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CADAVERIA's Yan Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yan Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Augusto Jacinto's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Luiz Fernando Lira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fomento's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Fernando Lira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geovânio Prestes hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Luiz Fernando Lira struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Yan Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fomento. In the 30thth minute of the game Pedro Augusto Jacinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CADAVERIA's Yan Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th match minute, CADAVERIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Matorin to maneuver through the defense. When Fomento's Pedro Augusto Jacinto in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CADAVERIA's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Fomento booed when CADAVERIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CADAVERIA's zone, Luiz Fernando Lira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Vale came out of the goal and Luiz Fernando Lira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waldemar Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 47 played minutes CADAVERIA got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Matorin. Fomento's Luiz Fernando Lira got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Téo Mineiro made a kick off. A hard shot 55 in the game by Hudson Furtado from a close distance when the talented Leopoldo Koehler managed to make a qualified save. Fomento's players were relieved. Yan Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Jacinto in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th minute Pedro Augusto Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The coaching staff of Fomento protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alexsandro Barreto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fomento! The goalkeeper, Leopoldo Koehler, was totally fooled by CADAVERIA's Alexsandro Baptista, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A collision led to CADAVERIA getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Waldemar Matorin hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes, Fomento's Marcinho Trancoso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yan Vale came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fomento reached it. Luiz Fernando Lira scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yan Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yan Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fernando Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hudson Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Leopoldo Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Fomento's zone, Téo Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Koehler came out of the goal and Téo Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 99 minutes into the match, Hudson Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopoldo Koehler. Fomento's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hudson Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. CADAVERIA succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Fomento had controlled the match.
