With a couple of smart ball manuevers Didi Correia in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agnaldo Novaes saved Figueirense Gaviões clube from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Didi Correia made a precise shot to the right of Agnaldo Novaes. Figueirense Gaviões clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After a rather tough play, Quandus EC's Didi Correia got a free kick in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Quandus EC's Robinho Zonta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quandus EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramiro Quintal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
