Célio Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eternity C.F.. In the 17th minute Adriano Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célio Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrício Maciel took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yan Cunha. Yan Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Benji Wakabayashi's late challenge caught a West Ham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benji Wakabayashi helped the player get up and apologised. Fabrício Maciel walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Yan Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 余宇坚 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Célio Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 余宇坚 took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Célio Alcântara. Célio Alcântara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Fabrício Maciel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yan Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Fabrício Maciel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Yan Cunha made a huge save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a rather tough play, West Ham's Sidnei Nogueira got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute Jarbas Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. One of Eternity C.F.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of West Ham:s goal. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for West Ham. Fabrício Maciel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Yan Cunha. 2-1. 85 minutes into the match, Sidnei Nogueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yan Cunha. Eternity C.F.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sidnei Nogueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Yan Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidnei Nogueira in the 88th minute of the match. Sidnei Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Cunha having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. West Ham had played much better football throughout.
