Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Clementina's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo de Moraes came free, but Joélson Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zororo's Edmílson Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Matorin in the 6th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Clementina got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Carlos Gaúcho. After a rather tough play, Clementina's Dito Cunha got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Cavalcante's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joélson Urbano was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Jerônimo Goiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luizinho Matorin was the one to do the kick off.
