Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vânderson Trigo started the match with the kick off. When Nelson Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Muleke Travesso SBC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nelson Pereira couldn't finish the play. After 4 played minutes Muleke Travesso SBC got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Pereira. Abelardo Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Pereira in the 8th minute of the match. Patrício Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Abelardo Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Vale was a little too slow when Patrício Melo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of Muleke Travesso SBC booed when Ruilandia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute of the match Muleke Travesso SBC got a corner. Ruilandia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alan Galvão ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrício Melo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Vale saved Ruilandia from getting behind. Luiz Eduardo Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vânderson Trigo's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the game, Muleke Travesso SBC's Patrício Melo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo Vale made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Jano Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Vale having to interfere. The supporters of Ruilandia booed when Muleke Travesso SBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nelson Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42nd play minutes Patrício Melo shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Abelardo Vale and just under the crossbar into goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrício Melo made a kick off. Abelardo Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelson Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Patrício Melo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muleke Travesso SBC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Amadeu Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Luiz Eduardo Velloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ruilandia. Abelardo Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrício Melo's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Ramón da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 62ndth minute of the game Patrício Melo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ruilandia's Abelardo Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute, Luiz Eduardo Mattos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muleke Travesso SBC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Abelardo Vale came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Muleke Travesso SBC's Patrício Melo. But to his dismay, Patrício Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Alessandro Guerra charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alessandro Guerra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrício Melo in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Vale saved Ruilandia from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Amadeu Fernandes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luiz Eduardo Velloso. The goal made the score 8-1. In the 84th minute, one of Ruilandia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ruilandia. Amadeu Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Eduardo Velloso having to interfere. There was no doubt that Muleke Travesso SBC were the better team. Muleke Travesso SBC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
