Michel Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulão Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 36 played minutes, Traru's Kauan de Alcântara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Michel Xavier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulão Hoffmann to make the kick off. Richard Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloísio da Cunha in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Aloísio da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horma SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio da Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Perez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Horma SC's Michel Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulão Hoffmann in the 62nd minute of play. Custódio Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michel Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulão Hoffmann in the 66th minute of the match. Custódio Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulão Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Sabóia charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Sabóia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Aloísio da Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Custódio Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Xavier having to interfere. Michel Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulão Hoffmann in the 81st minute of play. Roberto Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloísio da Cunha in the 91st minute of play forced Traru's goalkeeper Richard Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulão Hoffmann struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Michel Xavier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Traru. After having played for 96 minutes, Sandrinho Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horma SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandrinho Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 97th match minute, Traru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Sabóia to maneuver through the defense.
