Evandro Nunes, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cafu Fernandez was shown his second yellow card after 14 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Roger Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Saraiva having to interfere. Matheus Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Walmyr Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emerson Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Mendonça in the 37th minute of play. Miguel Moraes charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Moraes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, Gravi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Moraes to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Mendonça to make the kick off. Enchu EC's Walmyr Lago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Enchu EC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Enchu EC's zone, Matheus Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walmyr Lago came out of the goal and Matheus Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lucas Fontes fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Enchu EC's protests and gave Lucas Fontes a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Enchu EC's Lucas Fontes got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The supporters of Gravi booed when Enchu EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Matheus Mota lined in a short shot 0-1 behind a frustrated Walmyr Lago. 71 minutes into the match, Gravi's Matheus Mota sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walmyr Lago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Roger Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gravi's Emerson Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Mendonça in the 95th minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, Enchu EC's Roger Mendonça made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emerson Saraiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Gravi players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Enchu EC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
