To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Tucunzeiro SC's goalkeeper Claudinho Pontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel de Amaral. Claudinho Pontes made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Miguel de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Tucunzeiro SC's Claudinho Pontes got control of the ball when Miguel de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Miguel de Amaral notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Tucunzeiro SC's Claudinho Pontes. If Serafim Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
