Edgar Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Leite having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Andes's Durvalino Neiva got a free kick in the 9th minute. Henrique Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Meireles in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Andes getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Durvalino Neiva hit a great ball. William Meireles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 21 minutes, Durvalino Neiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Andes and the Olario SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Durvalino Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Arantes in the 23rd minute of play. Olario SS's Edgar Arantes got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 27 minutes of play Andes's Durvalino Neiva was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes into the match, William Meireles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrique Leite. Andes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that William Meireles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 39th minute, Jeferson Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benê Machado during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jeferson Baptista hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Bernardinho Jacinto lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Olario SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Andes:s goal. The score was 1-1 after a penalty in the 50th minute, where Andes:s Didi de Salles tricked Olario SS:s Filipe Pimenta with a difficult ball by the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

55 minutes into the match, Benê Machado notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Andes's Henrique Leite. Henrique Leite was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th match minute, Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Humberto Xavier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrique Leite was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Filipe Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edgar Arantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd match minute, Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acácio Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Leite having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Ivo Barbosa made a precise shot to the right of Filipe Pimenta. Olario SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 85th minute Edgar Arantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ivo Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andes's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivo Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filipe Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Cearense in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filipe Pimenta saved Olario SS from getting behind. Edgar Arantes struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Henrique Leite didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olario SS. Olario SS played a much better game than Andes and deserved their victory. The Andes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
