In the 11th minute Arlindo Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natã Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Kiko Oliveira sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's Natã Tepedino didn't even have to move. The audience was convinced that Arlindo Nascimento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natã Tepedino was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After 16 played minutes S.C SILVAO O RETORNO got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Cardozo. Kiko Oliveira, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Furtado in the 33rd minute of play forced S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's goalkeeper Natã Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes Vigaristas F.C got a freekick which was hit by Emerson Toscano. Arlindo Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natã Tepedino having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Natã Furtado made a kick off. When Denílson Cardozo fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's protests and gave Denílson Cardozo a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes S.C SILVAO O RETORNO got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Cardozo. S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's Natã Tepedino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save S.C SILVAO O RETORNO from getting a goal against them. Natã Tepedino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 70th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. Natã Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute Josué Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arlindo Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germano Alcântara hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Vigaristas F.C's Natã Furtado managed to work through S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Natã Furtado dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Natã Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natã Tepedino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Caco Dantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.C SILVAO O RETORNO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vigaristas F.C the free kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vigaristas F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
