An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Ferraz in the 8th minute of play forced Prea's goalkeeper Amauri Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Kauan de Sena threw the ball into play from the sideline. Galáticos FC's Gláuber Vianna quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dagoberto Ferraz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amauri Prata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. The throw-in from Edson Santos in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Galáticos FC's Dagoberto Ferraz. If Dagoberto Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Murilo Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Prea defense, Enrique Botelho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amauri Prata. The Prea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amauri Prata should have stopped the shot. Dagoberto Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Prata having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dagoberto Ferraz in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Prata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Edson Santos in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Galáticos FC's Dagoberto Ferraz. Galáticos FC's Dagoberto Ferraz got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ademar Coelho charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ademar Coelho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Ademar Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dagoberto Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dagoberto Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Prata having to interfere. Ademar Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The Prea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Galáticos FC were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Murilo Favoretto made the kick off in the second half. Dagoberto Ferraz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Amauri Prata skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 60 minutes Prea's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ediberto Maranhense who took care of the corner kick. Galáticos FC's Gláuber Vianna quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kauan de Sena, made in the 68th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Botelho got free with Amauri Prata in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amauri Prata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dagoberto Ferraz in the 81st minute. When Dagoberto Ferraz came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Galáticos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dagoberto Ferraz couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Prea's zone, Dagoberto Ferraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Prata came out of the goal and Dagoberto Ferraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Douglas Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Amauri Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Dagoberto Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Galáticos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Prea throughout the match.
