Spectators: 7164 (Terracing: 5374, Seating: 1648, VIP seats: 142) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Silvinho Messias got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Uberabinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Leão came free, but Luís Fábio Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nilton Amorim got free with Luís Fábio Tavares in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvinho Messias in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juninho Madureira saved Dynamo do Morro from getting behind. In the 13th minute Silvinho Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Dynamo do Morro defense, Silvinho Messias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juninho Madureira. The Dynamo do Morro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juninho Madureira should have stopped the shot. Luiz Fernando Paraibano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Luiz Fernando Paraibano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uberabinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fernando Paraibano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luiz Fernando Paraibano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juninho Madureira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Zé Carlos da Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvinho Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juninho Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvinho Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes Dynamo do Morro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sebastião Paraibano who took care of the corner kick. Uberabinha FC's Sebastião Paraibano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Juninho Madureira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eliézer da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Madureira having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Joel Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After the first half Uberabinha FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Luiz Fernando Paraibanos short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Juninho Madureira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Silvinho Messias took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Juninho Madureira to make any attempt to save it. In the 62nd minute, Zé Carlos da Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christiano Pinheiro hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Luís Fábio Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Leão in the 71st minute of the match. Nilton Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 75 played minutes Dynamo do Morro got a freekick which was hit by Enio Queiroz. Juninho Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvinho Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dynamo do Morro's Juninho Madureira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Dynamo do Morro from getting a goal against them. Juninho Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Messias in the 85th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Silvinho Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uberabinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvinho Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juninho Madureira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jarbas Lucas charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarbas Lucas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dynamo do Morro's Elói Dionísio got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Dynamo do Morro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uberabinha FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
