The supporters of Oitis SS booed when Turibai AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Turibai AD's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho de Moraes came free, but Luís Fábio Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Turibai AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrício de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Geovânio Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí de Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Luís Fábio Sarmento made a huge save. If Arí de Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Fabinho de Moraes made the kick off in the second half. Fabinho de Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Oitis SS getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edgar Alagoano hit a great ball. Cláudio Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Geovânio Matorin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Geovânio Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natanael Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Cláudio Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Arí de Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Carlos Alberto Vinhas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Geovânio Matorin.
