Eusébio Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Lucas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Álvaro Cardozo in the 7th minute. When Eusébio Santana came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Juventus F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Santana couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Juventus F.C. booed when Pacovais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto Lucas came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus F.C.'s Hugon Dabrowski. But to his dismay, Hugon Dabrowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Juventus F.C.'s Eusébio Santana got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Santana took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Lucas. Humberto Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 41st minute, Felippe Campidelis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Humberto Lucas. The goal made the score 4-1. If Eusébio Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Ramiro Benetti came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Juventus F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Benetti couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Porto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Juventus F.C.'s goalkeeper Edgard Britto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Messias. Pacovais's Humberto Lucas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Dabrowski in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pacovais's Wilson Vale got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Pacovais defense, Eusébio Santana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto Lucas. The Pacovais fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto Lucas should have stopped the shot. After 60 played minutes Pacovais got a freekick which was hit by Geovânio Martins. Hugon Dabrowski struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Humberto Lucas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventus F.C.. A collision led to Pacovais getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Geovânio Martins hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the game, Juventus F.C.'s Eusébio Santana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Lucas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. 73 minutes into the match, Pacovais's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Leão came free, but Humberto Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Evaristo Leão came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Juventus F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Leão couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juventus F.C.'s Eusébio Santana got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Ramiro Benetti sped through Pacovais's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Humberto Lucas. Humberto Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felippe Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Humberto Lucas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusébio Santana went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-1 was the resulting score. If Evaristo Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Ramiro Benetti came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Juventus F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Benetti couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Juventus F.C. fully deserved thier win.
