A collision led to Jigalodoido F.C getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Silvinho Arósio hit a great ball. Jigalodoido F.C's Olavo Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Prado in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Gazgame FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Pedro Maciel to maneuver through the defense. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jigalodoido F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Zanette was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
