Severino Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Britto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Rumen Kabakchiev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Canatiba EC's Severino Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rumen Kabakchiev in the 91st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Inter de Meião FC's Severino Alcântara threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alexsandro Fernandes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Inter de Meião FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
