Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 50) Condeuba's Váldson de Salles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Murilo Couto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cláudio Correia went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Váldson de Salles took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiaguinho Teles. Tiaguinho Teles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 12thth minute of the game Adhemar Diniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estrela FC's Tiaguinho Teles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Estrela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adhemar Diniz came free, but Tiaguinho Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rony Sarmento hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Olívio Braga sped through Condeuba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Murilo Couto. Cláudio Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Botelho in the 28th minute of play forced Estrela FC's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Estrela FC's Bruno Vinciguerra got a free kick in the 37th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Pedrinho Botelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Condeuba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estrela FC the free kick. A collision led to Condeuba getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Pedrinho Botelho hit a great ball. When Olívio Braga came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Estrela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olívio Braga couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Estrela FC defense, Pedrinho Botelho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiaguinho Teles. The Estrela FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiaguinho Teles should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-2 at half-time.

59 minutes into the game, Estrela FC's Olívio Braga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Murilo Couto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Olívio Braga succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-2. 68 minutes into the match, Estrela FC's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Teles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruninho Mattos. Cláudio Correia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Murilo Couto having to make a save. Isaltino Gomes charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaltino Gomes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 73 played minutes Condeuba got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Gomes. In the 74th minute Olívio Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olívio Braga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Murilo Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiaguinho Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Cláudio Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Couto having to interfere. Tiaguinho Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Váldson de Salles in the 91st minute of play. Bruno Vinciguerra was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Estrela FC! Thanks to some nice moves Bruninho Mattos could shoot a difficult shot in the 98th minute, which Tiaguinho Teles however easily saved by the left post. Estrela FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
