Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Breno Silva in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sidnei Aparecido, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 4 minutes into the game, Breno Silva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Sidnei Aparecido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sidnei Aparecido came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcelar SS's Ezequiel Sampaio. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Sampaio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Marquez in the 16th minute of play forced Barcelar SS's goalkeeper João Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Barcelar SS's Breno Silva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sidnei Aparecido. That made the score 3-0 after 19 minutes of play. 22 minutes into the match, Piranguinho's Toninho Marquez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Barros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Virgílio Moraes's late challenge caught a Piranguinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virgílio Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Barcelar SS got a freekick which was hit by Virgílio Moraes. Toninho Marquez took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Barros. João Barros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The supporters of Barcelar SS booed when Piranguinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilian Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breno Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Barcelar SS's Ezequiel Sampaio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sidnei Aparecido. Sidnei Aparecido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. When Toninho Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piranguinho's protests and gave Toninho Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Piranguinho's Toninho Marquez got a free kick in the 39th minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Dário Faustino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barcelar SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dário Faustino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Piranguinho's Sidnei Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Sampaio in the 41st minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toninho Marquez made a kick off. Toninho Marquez got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 57 played minutes Piranguinho got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Marquez. In the 60th minute, Paulinho Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Breno Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei Aparecido having to interfere. Ezequiel Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Sidnei Aparecido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Fernando de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Breno Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ezequiel Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei Aparecido having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Piranguinho's Cauã Barral got a free kick in the 81st minute. Breno Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Barcelar SS were the better team. Barcelar SS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
