Spectators: 6648 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1648, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ramiro Terra kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jacucuara's goalkeeper Iuri Arce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Joao AD getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Dário Vargas hit a great ball. Lucas Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iuri Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caco Pimenta in the 14th minute of play. After 18 played minutes, Jacucuara's Luiz Paulo Coelho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sílvio Luís de Godoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jacucuara reached it. Ronaldão de Souza's late challenge caught a Joao AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldão de Souza helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes Jacucuara got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldão de Souza. 26 minutes into the match, Joao AD's Tales Ribeiro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Genílson Lopes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Sílvio Luís de Godoi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Joao AD booed when Jacucuara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldão de Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caco Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Iuri Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caco Pimenta to strike the kick off in the second half. Sílvio Luís de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute, Ronaldão de Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joao AD's Tales Ribeiro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Iuri Arce but with some difficulty. In the 67th minute Caco Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramiro Terra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sílvio Luís de Godoi having to make a save. Wilian Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Lucas Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iuri Arce having to interfere. In the 88th minute Caco Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Sá recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
