Frank Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Breckenfeld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Dias was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cacá Coutinho in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilmar Vidal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 minutes, Cacá Coutinho made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gilmar Vidal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cacá Coutinho struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Gilmar Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coxilha. After having played for 91 minutes, Natã Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
