Benê Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Hélder Netto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mané Tinoco's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute Raimundo Ticho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Benê Breckenfeld took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Faustão Fernandez to make any attempt to save it. Hélder Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Zdzislaw Bugajski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Almofala's zone, Betão Freitas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélder Netto came out of the goal and Betão Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mané Tinoco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hélder Netto having to make a save. With a little luck, Maresia FC's Faustão Fernandez got control of the ball when Cesinha Tinoco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Benê Breckenfeld recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faustão Fernandez. Benê Breckenfeld showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. A collision led to Almofala getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Cesinha Tinoco hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mané Tinoco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Almofala's goal looked a bit too open when Mané Tinoco came free, but Hélder Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benê Breckenfeld succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. In the 65th minute, Mané Tinoco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maresia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Almofala fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Hélder Netto had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Zdzislaw Bugajski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Almofala booed when Maresia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdzislaw Bugajski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Matheus Toledo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustão Fernandez. Maresia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matheus Toledo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Cesinha Tinoco scored 5-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustão Fernandez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Maresia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesinha Tinoco came free, but Faustão Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
