C P D Aço Minas:s Gil Gonçalves showed great skill when he stopped Caio da Costa:s penalty. Gil Gonçalves came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by CLUBE REGIONAL CARANDIRU's Caio da Costa. But to his dismay, Caio da Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.

Gil Gonçalves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luiz Toledo in the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Rodrigues in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gil Gonçalves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CLUBE REGIONAL CARANDIRU's Nestor Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Magalhães in the 69th minute of play. Gil Gonçalves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Rodrigues went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.
