Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. André Zanette started the match with the kick off. Bastioes SC's Manuel Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Zanette in the 5th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Elói Tepedino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bastioes SC and the Ipiabas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Elói Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Zanette struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Elói Tepedino hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Manuel Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guto Hoffmann in the 34th minute of the match. José Maria Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álvaro Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Paranaense in the 42nd minute of play. When Luís Gustavo Paraíba fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ipiabas's protests and gave Luís Gustavo Paraíba a yellow card for diving instead. Francisco Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ipiabas's Luís Gustavo Paraíba got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Paranaense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, José Maria Bezerra made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Paranaense. Ipiabas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Francisco Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Paranaense having to interfere. In the 57thth minute of the game José Maria Bezerra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ipiabas's Álvaro Paranaense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 3-0 when José Maria Bezerra sped through Ipiabas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Álvaro Paranaense. In the 61st minute, José Maria Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Bastioes SC's Manuel Bastos got control of the ball when Guto Hoffmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute, Elói Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Elano Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ipiabas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elano Abreu couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ipiabas getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gil Mesquita hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Paulo José Trancoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bastioes SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo José Trancoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Álvaro Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Álvaro Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Paranaense in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ipiabas players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bastioes SC.
