Carlinhos Cerezo was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and João Francisco de Mendonça capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fernandinho Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 3-0 became the score in the 22nd minute when Luizinho Velloso elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Carlinhos Cerezo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luizinho Velloso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 25 minute of play.
