Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maxime Durand, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Maxime Durand made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Fabian Lundberg sent off a good shot on target. Elton John showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. The supporters of Cheeky Nuts United booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Beaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Sebastian Ramberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Sebastian Ramberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Peletier in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elton John saved Cheeky Nuts United from getting behind. In the 40th minute Fabian Lundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elton John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 43rd minute of the match. Jon-Erik Vedøys short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Peletier in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elton John saved Cheeky Nuts United from getting behind. Quentin Beaux kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Cheeky Nuts United made a substitution. Renaud Wiggers replaced Lukas Grønnestad. In the 50th minute, Quentin Beaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Theodor Heiberg from long distance, 51 minutes into the match, got Maxime Durand's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Peletier to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee showed Fabian Lundberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 95th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Frank Peletier got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cheeky Nuts United were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of France for a fine match.
