After a rather tough play, GRAVEDIGGERS FC's Agenor Fernandez got a free kick in the 10th minute. Agenor Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. In the 42nd minute, Evandro de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 43 minutes, Julius Lausmäe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GRAVEDIGGERS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julius Lausmäe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GRAVEDIGGERS FC's attentive Frank Braga managed to snatch the ball when Erasmo Perez made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. Pedro Luiz Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo das Neves in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sílvio Luiz Silva to make the kick off. Julius Lausmäe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geovani Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luiz Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovani Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agenor Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When Agenor Fernandez, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 73 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Geovani Barreto was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Manibu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo da Costa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz Silva in the 77th minute of play forced Manibu SC's goalkeeper Geovani Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st match minute, Manibu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo da Costa to maneuver through the defense. If Osvaldo das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovani Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luiz Silva in the 89th minute of play. Osvaldo das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luiz Sarmento having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Manibu SC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant GRAVEDIGGERS FC side.
