After 19th play minutes Edu Paraíba shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Tiago do Valle and just under the crossbar into goal. Edu Paraíbas short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Tiago do Valle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edu Paraíba in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago do Valle saved Chavantes from getting behind. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago do Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute Wágner Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luiz Fábio Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bvzin Futebol Clube had played much better football throughout.
