In the 7th minute, Bruxellas FC's Thiago Ortiz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Percival Nóbrega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Desporto Real Dourado's goal looked a bit too open when Gilson Marques came free, but Benê Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Ortiz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Benê Ramalho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bruxellas FC's Wilian Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Benê Ramalho managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Bruxellas FC's Wilian Medeiros fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 33 minutes into the match, Desporto Real Dourado's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Albuquerque came free, but Benê Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilian Medeiros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Benê Ramalho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Benê Ramalho made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Thiago Ortiz sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 40 minutes, Thiago Ortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bruxellas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thiago Ortiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Percival Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benê Ramalho having to interfere. With his leg Benê Ramalho managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Bruxellas FC's Thiago Ortiz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thiago Ortiz made a kick off. Júlio Pitta struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Benê Ramalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruxellas FC. After a defensive mix-up in Desporto Real Dourado's zone, Thiago Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benê Ramalho came out of the goal and Thiago Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilian Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Benê Ramalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armandinho Fantini hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Júlio Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thiago Ortiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benê Ramalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thiago Ortiz ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Wilian Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bruxellas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilian Medeiros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benê Ramalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilson Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benê Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilian Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd match minute, Bruxellas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benê Ramalho having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Nelsinho Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bruxellas FC had played much better football throughout.
