An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Paraíba in the 8th minute of play forced Bruxellas FC's goalkeeper Caio Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltazar da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Albuquerque in the 10th minute of the match. Eusébio Melo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 18 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, one of Indaiatuba:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Indaiatuba. When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Bruxellas FC's Júlio Pitta got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Baltazar da Silveira. Dário Paranaense struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Caio Brasil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indaiatuba. Baltazar da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thiago Ortiz's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Wilian Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bruxellas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilian Medeiros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Bruxellas FC's Gilson Marques dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Thiago Ortiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltazar da Silveira was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Proença stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Ortiz in the 52nd minute of play forced Indaiatuba's goalkeeper Baltazar da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valério Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Indaiatuba's Célio Rossi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Indaiatuba! 66 minutes into the game, Júlio Pitta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bruxellas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Indaiatuba the free kick. Júlio Pitta kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Dário Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thiago Ortiz in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltazar da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Percival Nóbrega notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Indaiatuba's Baltazar da Silveira. Baltazar da Silveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilian Medeiros struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Baltazar da Silveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruxellas FC. Thiago Ortiz took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltazar da Silveira. Baltazar da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Baltazar da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Baltazar da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Bruxellas FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
