The Santástico fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Santástico's Gabriel Jesus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14thth minute of the game Gabriel Jesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS's Paulo José Torres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS's Teodoro Amaral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Délio Loyola narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulo José Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Jesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Osvaldinho Abraão fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS's protests and gave Osvaldinho Abraão a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Santástico booed when FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo José Torres came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Santástico's Albertino Nunes. But to his dismay, Albertino Nunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gabriel Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Senna. Paulo José Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Jesus in the 35th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldinho Abraão. In the 37th minute, Gabriel Jesus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santástico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 46th minute, Gabriel Jesus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo José Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After the first half Santástico were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Goiano made a kick off. Paulo José Torres came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Santástico's Albertino Nunes. But to his dismay, Albertino Nunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 61stth minute of the game Gabriel Jesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS's Paulo José Torres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd match minute, FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrézinho Passos to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS got a freekick which was hit by Percy Duarte. In the 67thth minute of the game Gabriel Jesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS's Paulo José Torres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo José Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodriguinho Gonçalves in the 69th minute. After 74 minutes, Gabriel Jesus made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS's Paulo José Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute, Percy Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Senna. With a little luck, FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS's Paulo José Torres got control of the ball when Gabriel Jesus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dênis Leão hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Jesus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulo José Torres. That made the score 0-9 in the 89 minute of play. Paulo José Torres was a little too slow when Albertino Nunes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-10. Santástico played a much better game than FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS and deserved their victory. The FAMILIA F.S GUARULHOS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
